T-Mobile – Change of Flext Tariff
Please be aware that from 1st April 2009 T-Mobile Direct will be refreshing its Flext tariff.
The refresh is aimed to position Flext as a premium tariff, while Combi will be aimed towards the mass market. This will entail the removal of Flext 25, 30 and 35. Customers looking for these level tariffs will be able to sign up to the Combi equivalents.
The new Flext gives customers the choice of using their generous monthly allowance on even more great services (international calls, to 08 numbers and to voicemail) as well as what you would expect – UK calls, texts and picture messages. Without restricting them to the same usage each month T-Mobile allows customers to remix their plan every month.
As an additional bonus, customers also get free unlimited internet at no extra cost.
Could you please note that as of the 1st April, any reference to Flext 25, 30 and 35 will be removed from the customer site and the equivalent package will now be Combi & you will still earn £17.50 cashback.
