This offer applies only to holidays that commence between 1st January 2009 and 15th July 2009 and to selected properties only, where the price of 2, 3 or 4 night short breaks and weekly holidays have been reduced by up to 20%. This offer applies to the price of the accommodation element of the booking only and is not applicable to any other element of the booking including booking fee, travel or insurance. This offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to any existing bookings. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. £25 low initial deposit:
These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Your attention is particularly drawn to the UK and Ireland Booking Conditions Sections 2, 4 and 8, and to the Overseas Booking Conditions Sections 2, 7 and 11. This offer applies only to holidays that commence in 2009 and which are booked before 28th February 2009. The low initial deposit payable under this offer is £25 per booking. This offer does not apply to properties in the UK or Ireland that sleep 10 or more people. The difference between the £25 initial deposit and the deposit quoted in our brochure or on our website will become due with the balance payment, which must be received by us no later than 10 weeks before your holiday commences, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your holiday. This payment should include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including all insurance premiums (if applicable). If the payment is not received in full on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and for a non-refundable reason. In the event of cancellation for a non-refundable reason you remain liable for cancellation charges (as set out in the 2009 Booking Conditions in our brochure or on our website) including any deferred Booking Fee and Personal Travel Insurance purchased, all of which must be paid immediately. This initial deposit offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer except current brochured offers.
